Thomas R. Wyatt, Esq.

Thomas is a founding member of Andrews and Wyatt where he focuses his practice on representing both state fund and self insured employers in workers compensation matters as well as the defense of work place liability claims. His entire career has focused on trial practice and claims management. Thomas has extensive experience in:

►Representing employers in administrative proceedings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.

►Successfully defending employers in workers compensation court proceedings.

►Representing employers in matters before the Bureau of Workers Compensation.

►Defending employers in intentional tort claims.

►Counseling state fund employers on long term actuarial strategies to preserve group rating discounts.

►Assisting employers in applying for and receiving self insured status.

►Defending OSHA citations.
