Kevin C. Cox, Esq.
Kevin Cox, an experienced litigator, has joined the firm as of January 2009. Kevin devotes a substantial portion of his practice to civil, business, construction and real estate related litigation. He also regularly counsels and advises individuals and businesses in corporate, real estate, construction, collection and general business matters. Kevin also conducts seminars on a variety of construction and other business related matters, such as litigation prevention, mechanic’s liens and collections.
A 2001 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, the Criminal Defense Clinic and a representative of the Student Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and was selected by the University of Essex, Colchester, England, to study abroad for one semester where he took courses in Political Science, International Politics, Civil Liberties and Sociology. He has also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr., United States District Court, Cleveland, and worked in the Victim/Witness Division of the Stark County Prosecutor's Office.
He currently is an active member in the Building Industry Association of Stark County (BIA) and NARI of Northeast Ohio. He has also served as the legal advisor and coach of the St. Thomas Aquinas High School Mock Trial Program, and has participated in the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges Annual Campaign.
