David T. Andrews, Esq.

David Andrews is a founding member of Andrews & Wyatt, LLC where he focuses his practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment matters.  David has extensive experience in:

►Counseling employers in day to day discipline and discharge matters, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and equal employment opportunity laws

►Drafting and enforcement of severance agreements, non-competition agreements and other employment contracts

►Wage and hour and prevailing wage law compliance

►Litigation on behalf of companies in state and federal courts and in the various state and federal enforcement agencies, including the EEOC, OCRC and OSHA

Community Involvement

David was appointed to the Board of Education of the Twinsburg City School District in 2004 and was elected to a four year term in 2005.  He is also a past Chairman (2005) of the Board of Directors of the Solon Chamber of Commerce.
